• Questions about a cut or guide: which style suits your face shape or hair type, or how to describe a cut to your barber. Include a link to the guide you are reading.
• Corrections: a factual error, an outdated product, a broken link or an image that doesn't match its caption. See our corrections policy.
• Style suggestions: cuts or hair types you would like us to cover next.
• Press and partnerships: we do not sell sponsored placements or paid links in our guides; see our advertising policy.
• Privacy requests: access or deletion of data you have sent us, as described in our privacy policy.

What We Can't Help With

We can't diagnose hair loss, scalp or skin conditions, or recommend treatments. For persistent shedding, flaking, itching or razor bumps, please see a dermatologist or your doctor.

We also can't book appointments or recommend individual barbers in your area.

Response Times

Messages are read in the order they arrive, with correction reports handled first. Most replies go out within 2–3 business days. Questions that need research, such as how a cut will work on a specific hair type, can take a little longer, and we will say so if that is the case. No reply after a week? Check your spam folder, then send a short follow-up.

Reporting a Correction

The most useful correction emails include the page link, the sentence or image that is wrong and, if you have one, a source for the right information. Confirmed errors are fixed on the page and the updated date changes when we do. You do not need to be a barber to report a mistake; a note that a styling step did not work on your hair is useful too.

Press and Data Citations

Journalists, students and other writers are welcome to cite the figures in our statistics reports. The reports are free to reuse with credit under CC BY 4.0: please credit menhaircuts.net and link to the specific report page you used. Every figure in those reports links to its original public source, and where possible you should cite that source as well. For a question about a figure or its source, use the Partnership button below and name the report in the subject line.

Partnerships and Advertising

The site is supported by display ads served by Google AdSense. We do not sell sponsored posts, paid links or product placements, and brands cannot pay to be featured in a guide. We are happy to hear about collaborations that fit those limits, such as data sharing for a statistics report.

Your Privacy

When you email us, your address and message are used only to reply and to fix any problem you report, and are not sold or shared with advertisers. Messages are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time; our privacy policy explains how that works.
